Good quality material was harvested and laid on wide bamboo baskets. During early Spring, the hottest time in the year, the fresh leaves will dry within a day and keep half of their greenness.  \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eSince these white tea leaves don't receive  any kind of shaking or rolling during their processing, they tend to oxidize inconsistently.
